The problem
The launch needed coverage that proved the turnout and captured the response in the room.
What we made
An event film with guest reactions, speeches, and short cuts for social and partner follow-up.
The result
Content the team used immediately after the event to extend its reach.
The background
A book launch lives or dies on the room. Curaden needed proof of the turnout, the calibre of the guests and the reaction in real time.
The film had to be usable within days, while the event was still current for guests and partners.
How we approached it
- We covered the evening as it happened: arrivals, speeches, the moment the room reacted.
- Guest reactions were captured naturally rather than staged to camera.
- The edit was structured so short cuts could be pulled without recutting the main film.
The results
- 01
Content in the team's hands immediately after the event
- 02
Visible proof of turnout for future launches and partners
- 03
Extended reach to people who could not attend
