Consultancies sell judgement. That is hard to put on a website, which is why so many consulting sites read the same: strategy, transformation, insight, delivery. Video is the fastest way to show judgement instead of listing it.
Show the thinking, not the offer
Instead of describing your methodology, film a partner working through a real problem out loud. Two minutes of genuine analysis proves more than a capability deck, because the viewer can hear how you reason.
Four films most consultancies should own
- Positioning film. Who you help and the change you create.
- Point-of-view series. One short film per recurring client problem.
- Client outcome story. The before, the intervention and the measurable after.
- Team film. The people who will actually be in the room.
Use them in the sales process
Send a relevant point-of-view film before a first meeting. Include the outcome story in the proposal. Prospects arrive warmer, and procurement teams who never meet you still get a sense of the firm.
Measure the right thing
Views are a vanity number. Track meetings booked, proposal win rate and inbound mentions of a specific film. Expert-firm video works slowly and then all at once, usually through referrers who found it easy to share.
